My rights over my religion

I am a Buddhist. If I want I can build a Buddhist Vihar for myself and my community. I can appoint any Buddhist person belonging to any caste/community to my Buddhist Vihar provided he/she is a person of good character , conduct and has a thorough knowledge of Buddhist canon. I will appoint a person who can propagate the teachings of Buddha is local language and will help people belonging every class , caste and religion through charity works sponsored by my Buddhist vihar.

Every Sikh , Muslim , Christian can say this for himself / herself. 

Can a so called 'Hindu' who does not belong to Brahmin caste say this for himself/herself ?
